It’s Wise to Take Care of Tickets Quickly

If you get any kind of traffic ticket it is wise to take care of it quickly.  Many tickets people receive will usually lead to points against their licenses.  If a person gets only 8 points during any 12 month period of time, then he will lose his license for at least a year.  It usually only takes three speeding tickets within twelve months to end up with nine points.  In addition even one speeding ticket could lead to an increase in your car insurance premium.

Attorney Glenn Hall is usually able to get a speeding ticket reduced to a non-point violation that will also keep your insurance company from raising your rates. But, in order to get a good plea bargain you have act timely. Never, never, never miss a court a date!  If you do miss court then a warrant will likely be issued for your arrest and the prosecutor may not reduce your ticket to a non-point violation.

In addition, if you contact our law firm shortly after you get your ticket Mr. Hall can usually work out a plea bargain and get your fine paid before your court date.  Then you do not have to appear at court at all.
